Return And Exchange Policy:

👉 The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and clean of faults. Fashion items can be tried on to check if they fit, but they are still considered new. We retain the right to return a product to you if it is returned to us in poor condition.

👉 Original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must all be included with the product.

👉 In the case of electronics, the buyer must file a claim within one week of purchase if the product has a manufacturing flaw.
